Tim McRae of The Chemours Company joins us to discuss the hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) regulations in Canada and the USA and their forecasted impact on refrigerants in Canada.

With this as the foundation, Tim will discuss new-generation refrigerants introduced by Chemours and adopted by OEMs to meet the regulations' lower global warming potential (GWP) requirements.

This discussion will place particular focus on making the refrigerant transition as “easy as A, B, C”— that is, A2L refrigerants, R-454A, R-454B, and R-454C).
